Personality:
Xi is a compassionate, caring, considerate man. After spending several years teaching water bending he has become a very patient and attentive person. Known to be one of the most influential members of society in the Water Tribe he is used to being looked up to for incite.
Appearance:
Xi is a tall man with very long dark hair, a normal trait of those born among the water tribes. After spending many years training under his old master his body has become muscular and rough. His skin is a darker shade, another trait of the Water Tribe, and is smooth. His long hair flows like water as he keeps it tied only at the end. Xi moves like water his gate and movement are flowing and calculated like waves in the ocean.
History:
Xi was born in the northern water tribe as the son of a soldier. Xi grew up admiring water bending in every way. His father figure was a master of the art and eventually came to become one of Xi's many masters. As Xi's first master his father taught him the basics of water bending such as simply moving water and changing its shape with his Chi. Eventually, there wasn't much left for his father to teach him about water bending, so as a dedicated student, Xi sook out a new master. He searched for several years until he found a mysterious man who was willing to teach him more. This man was the one who taught him the forbidden blood bending. His master made him swear to never use it. With this knowledge, he moved on in life until the chief motioned for him to become a teacher himself. He gladly accepted and started his current life as a master of students.

This type of bending is used by the people of the Water Tribe, who are divided into the Southern, Northern, and lesser known Foggy Swamp tribes, as well as those of the United Republic, each with their own unique bending style.

This technique is referred to as the darkest, most powerful, and most feared of all bending techniques and is the only art known to endanger the user's mental state.
